Jeff has over 35 years of healthcare experience, starting in a clinical role managing the Pulmonary laboratory at Children’s Hospital in Boston. He then went on to various financial, analytic, and operational roles at health systems and health plans in New England. Jeff held roles as VP of FP&A for Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare and CFO/COO at Network Health, a Medicaid-managed care organization. Prior to joining CARD, Jeff worked at the Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization as the President and CEO, and later becoming the Chief Business Officer after the organization merged to become the Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network. Jeff joined the CARD team in October 2020 as its first Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for revenue cycle management, payor relations and contracts, and government relations. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
Jeff has been married for 36 years and has 2 daughters. His oldest is 26 and works as a social worker in a hospital while his youngest is 20, a junior in college studying business and fashion merchandising. In his spare time, Jeff loves golfing, reading, and exercising.
