Michelle Rapoport
General Counsel
Michelle joined CARD in 2020 as Deputy General Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel in July 2022. Prior to joining CARD, Michelle served as Executive Counsel for Centene, a large healthcare organization. Before joining Centene, Michelle was a partner with Littler Mendelson, an international law firm, where she represented a number of healthcare clients. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her law degree from the University of San Diego.
Michelle lives in Los Angeles with her husband Eric, their two boys, and their rambunctious dog. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys hiking, traveling, and generally spending time in nature with her family.
