As a Behavior Technician at CARD®, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills through 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Working under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll support personalized treatment plans across home, center, school, community, or telehealth settings.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality therapy, track progress, follow supervisor feedback, and create a positive, supportive experience for every child and family you work with. You’ll also collaborate with teammates, grow your skills through ongoing training, and represent CARD® with professionalism and compassion.

A high school diploma (or equivalent), reliable transportation, and a commitment to at least six months are required.

As a Certified Behavior Technician at CARD®, you’ll use your RBT or BCAT certification to deliver meaningful, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills. Under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll implement personalized treatment plans in a variety of settings, including our centers, patient homes, schools, community locations, and via telehealth.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality therapy, track progress, follow supervisor feedback, and create a compassionate, supportive experience for every child and family you work with. You’ll collaborate with teammates, maintain accurate documentation, uphold confidentiality standards, and continuously grow your clinical skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

As a Senior Behavior Technician at CARD®, you’ll bring your RBT or BCAT certification, and your experience, to deliver high-quality ABA therapy that helps children with autism build meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Working under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll provide compassionate, effective treatment across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, community locations, centers, and telehealth.

In this role, you’ll not only support patients directly but also help strengthen our team by overlapping with new Behavior Technicians during their field training. Senior Behavior Technicians set the tone for excellence, modeling strong clinical skills, maintaining high QA standards, and contributing to a supportive, team-focused treatment environment.

As a Behavior Technician Lead at CARD®, you’ll combine your ABA expertise with leadership skills to support both the children you serve and the teammates you train. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while also helping new Behavior Technicians grow, through hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing quality checks that ensure strong clinical performance across the team.

Working under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll model exceptional treatment skills, give supportive feedback, help organize monthly trainings, and maintain high standards of care across center, home, school, community, and telehealth settings. With your RBT or BCAT certification and strong clinical foundation, you’ll play a key part in shaping positive outcomes for families and building the confidence and capability of your fellow technicians.
