Sr. Operations Manager
As Senior Operations Manager, Amber provides leadership and operational support across multiple centers. By coaching Operations Managers and supporting daily performance, she helps ensure consistency, collaboration, and a positive experience for teams and families.
Clinical Supervisor
As a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, Blair supports patients, families, and teams through evidence-based care and approachable leadership. Her focus on collaboration helps create a supportive and trusting clinical environment.
Behavior Technician Lead
As a Behavior Technician Lead, Sophia support patients directly while fostering collaboration and growth within the Behavior Technician team. Her mentorship helps create a strong, supportive clinical environment.
