Division Manager
Michael is our leader in Arizona, leading with dedication and vision, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and support to the families we serve. As Division Manager, he guides and fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Jamie helps keep our center running smoothly each day. Through thoughtful coordination and behind-the-scenes support, he empowers our teams to focus on what matters most, serving families with care.
Clinical Supervisor
Dana brings warmth, experience, and leadership to her role as a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA. She works closely with teams and families to support individualized treatment and meaningful outcomes.
Associate Supervisor
As an Associate Supervisor, Alicia brings compassion and clinical expertise to their work as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She supports patients, families, and clinical teams through collaboration and thoughtful guidance.
Assistant Supervisor
Our Assistant Supervisor, Lauren, combines compassionate patient care with strong team support. Through close partnership with BCBAs, she helps create a positive environment where both patients and staff can thrive.
Behavior Technician Lead
As Behavior Technician Lead, Maizie plays a key role in supporting patients through 1:1 therapy and empowering Behavior Technicians through mentorship and guidance. Her approach helps create a positive, team-centered care environment.
Operations Coord. Tech
As an Operations Coordinator Technician, Alexa helps create a positive and welcoming experience through organization, care, and consistency. Her support plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the center.
